Vidusskolēnu iesaistes skolā un depresijas pazīmju saistība

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā vidusskolēnu iesaiste skolā ir saistīta ar novērotajām depresijas pazīmēm. Pētījuma sekundārs mērķis bija izvērtēt, vai pastāv atšķirības starp iesaisti skolā un depresijas pazīmēm un to saistībām meiteņu un zēnu grupā, kā arī grupās ar dažādu depresijas pazīmju izpausmes intensitāti. Pētījumā piedalījās 126 skolēni, no tiem 71 meitene un 55 zēni, vecumā no 16 – 20 gadiem, kuri šobrīd mācās 10.-12. klasē. Lifestyle habits and depressive symptoms in Norwegian adolescents: a national cross-sectional study

Abstract Background This study’s purpose was to examine the association between a broad range of lifestyle habits and depressive symptoms in Norwegian adolescents. Methods This study was based on national, self-reported, cross-sectional data from the Ungdata Surveys, conducted in 2017–2019. The target group comprised 244,250 adolescents (ages 13–19). Binominal logistic regression was used to analyse the association between lifestyle habits (physical activity, social media use, gaming, dietary habits, smoking, smokeless tobacco, alcohol intoxication) and depressive symptoms. The Relationship between Minority Stress and Depressive Symptoms in the LGBTQA Population from Poland

The cross-sectional study examines minority stress and depression symptoms regarding various sexual and gender minority (SGM) identities in lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and asexual (LGBTQA) individuals from Poland. The online survey was conducted among 509 people. Participants aged between 18 and 47 (M = 22.39, SD = 4.78). Gender identity included 262 cisgender women, 74 cisgender men, 31 transgender women, 53 transgender men, and 89 nonbinary individuals. Sexual identity comprises 197 bisexual, 150 homosexual, 78 pansexual, 33 asexual, 21 undefined, 14 heterosexual, 9 demisexuals, 6 queer, and 1 sapiosexual individual. Depresijas simptomu saistība ar darba atmiņu

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot kādas saistības pastāv starp depresijas simptomiem un darba atmiņu. Šī darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apkopota informācija par depresijas saistībām ar darba atmiņu. Pētījuma izlase sastāv no vispārējās populācijas (N=171). This study examined gender-specific longitudinal pathways from harsh parenting through rumination to anxiety and depression symptoms among early adolescents from three countries and six subgroups. Participants were 567 mothers, 428 fathers, and 566 children (T1: Mage = 10.89; 50% girls) from Medellín, Colombia (n = 100); Naples, Italy (n = 95); Rome, Italy (n = 99); Durham, North Carolina, United States (Black n = 92, Latinx n = 80, and White n = 100).
